June Goals

The temperatures are dropping and it’s time to step up my routine!

Here is what I am focussing on for JUNE!

  • Eat as clean as possible - cut out junk and convenience food. Absolutely no processed food.
  • No more than 2 cups of coffee a day 
  • Reduce sugar intake (including artificial stuff!)
  • No second helpings
  • No alcohol
  • Exercise 4 times per week 
  • 100 crunches each day 
  • 50 squats each day 
  • 50 lunges each day 

Quite a list! 

Yes…let’s do it!
