June Goals
The temperatures are dropping and it’s time to step up my routine!
Here is what I am focussing on for JUNE!
- Eat as clean as possible - cut out junk and convenience food. Absolutely no processed food.
- No more than 2 cups of coffee a day
- Reduce sugar intake (including artificial stuff!)
- No second helpings
- No alcohol
- Exercise 4 times per week
- 100 crunches each day
- 50 squats each day
- 50 lunges each day
Quite a list!
